“EVO” is an art object created for a restaurant in Kanazawa, inspired by the theme of evolution. Crafted by fusing ceramics, stone, and metal, it resonates with the restaurant’s bold cuisine and the tranquil courtyard garden at the back of the dining space.
The work was collaboratively created by Hirotake Imanishi, Kei Niwa, and Sota Tatami, and embodies the restaurant’s philosophy of being a “kitchen in constant evolution.”
「EVO（エヴォ）」は、金沢のレストランに納品された、進化をテーマとするアートオブジェです。
陶磁・石材・金属を融合させて制作され、挑戦的な料理と、店奥に広がる静謐な坪庭と呼応するように設置されています。
今西泰赳・丹羽啓・多々見草太の三人による共同制作であり、店名に込められた「進化し続ける台所」という理念をかたちにした作品です。
