金沢市を拠点に、版画や写真を用いた表現を行うアーティスト 大野咲樹 の展覧会を、イタリアンレストラン＆カフェ La RINA（金沢・香林坊）のカフェスペース壁面にて開催しています。

本展では、線・面・色による構成を軸に、平面的でありながら空間や温度感を想起させる人物表現のシルクスクリーン作品、ならびにフォトグラム作品を展示しています。
人物の表情や余白の扱い、版の重なりによって立ち上がる視覚的リズムに注目した構成となっています。

展覧会コンセプト

タイトル「BOP」は、音楽用語としてのビバップ（Bebop）に由来し、軽快でテンポのよいリズムやお気に入りの曲を指す言葉として使われています。一方、製造業における BOP（Bill of Process）は、製品をつくるための工程表を意味します。

シルクスクリーンは、色ごとに版を作成し、工程を計画しながら順序立てて刷り重ねる版画技法です。フォトグラムもまた、原稿や要素を重ねて像を構成する点で、工程性を内包した表現と言えます。

本展では、こうした「見えない工程」と「画面に現れる表現」の関係を、音楽の「bop」がもつ軽やかさになぞらえながら、多層的に捉える試みがなされています。（作家ステートメントより）

ステートメント（要約）

ファッション誌の誌面構成や、モデルのポーズと背景がつくり出す空気感への関心を起点に、線を最小単位とした表現を探究しています。

一本の線、二本の線、そしてその重なりが、平面から立体、風景へと知覚を変化させる過程に注目し、少ない手数で空間性や空気感を立ち上げることを意識したドローイングおよび版画作品を制作しています。

  • 2023年より金沢に拠点を移し、現在は金沢美術工芸大学 技術専門員として勤務。

Saki Oono Exhibition “BOP”

An exhibition by Kanazawa-based artist Saki Oono will be held at the café wall space of La RINA, an Italian restaurant and café located in Korinbo, Kanazawa.

The exhibition features silkscreen prints depicting figures composed of lines, planes, and colors, as well as photogram works.
Although flat in form, the works evoke a sense of space and atmosphere through layered processes, expressive use of margins, and subtle variations in tone.

Concept

“BOP” originates from the musical term bebop, often associated with upbeat rhythm and lively tempo. In manufacturing, however, BOP (Bill of Process) refers to a process chart essential for production.

Silkscreen printing requires careful planning of layers and sequences, much like a production process. Photograms also share this layered logic.
This exhibition explores the relationship between invisible processes and visible expression, using the lightness of “bop” as a conceptual guide.

After working as an artist in Kyoto, she relocated to Kanazawa in 2023 and currently works as a technical specialist at Kanazawa College of Art.
