KANABI KOGEI⁺ (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website and related services (“Services”).

Article 4 Change of Purpose
We will only change the purpose of use if the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose. Changes will be posted on this website or notified directly to users.
Article 5 Providing Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except when allowed by law, or when:
- Necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
- Especially necessary for public health or child welfare and obtaining consent is difficult
- Required to cooperate with government agencies and obtaining consent may impede their work
- We have announced in advance that data may be shared, specified the items shared and the method, offered users an opt‑out, and filed the required notice with Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission
Exceptions: Sharing with contractors who process data on our behalf, business successors in a merger, or specified joint‑use arrangements that are disclosed in advance.
Article 6 Disclosure of Personal Information
Upon request, we will disclose personal data without delay, unless disclosure could:
- Harm the life, body, property, or rights of the user or others
- Seriously hinder our business operations
- Violate other laws or regulations
A processing fee of JPY 1,000 may apply per request. Non‑personal data such as access logs are generally not disclosed.

Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal data if it is inaccurate. We will investigate and act promptly, and notify the user of the result.
Article 8 Suspension of Use
If a user requests suspension or erasure of personal data because it was used beyond the stated purpose or obtained improperly, we will investigate and, if necessary, suspend use and notify the user. If suspension is impracticable (e.g., excessive cost), we will take alternative measures to protect user rights.
