Exceptions: Sharing with contractors who process data on our behalf, business successors in a merger, or specified joint‑use arrangements that are disclosed in advance.

Article 6 Disclosure of Personal Information

Upon request, we will disclose personal data without delay, unless disclosure could:

  1. Harm the life, body, property, or rights of the user or others
  2. Seriously hinder our business operations
  3. Violate other laws or regulations

A processing fee of JPY 1,000 may apply per request. Non‑personal data such as access logs are generally not disclosed.

Article 7 Correction and Deletion

Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal data if it is inaccurate. We will investigate and act promptly, and notify the user of the result.

Article 8 Suspension of Use

If a user requests suspension or erasure of personal data because it was used beyond the stated purpose or obtained improperly, we will investigate and, if necessary, suspend use and notify the user. If suspension is impracticable (e.g., excessive cost), we will take alternative measures to protect user rights.

Article 9 Policy Changes

We may amend this policy without prior notice, except where required by law. The revised policy takes effect when posted on this website.
